We’ve been busy behind the scenes these past few months, making steady updates across both our mobile and web app to give you a smoother, smarter experience. From visualisation upgrades to enhanced data capturing and minor bug fixes, this round of Release Notes covers everything we’ve rolled out between April and July 2025.

Release Notes - March 2025
The first few months of this year have seen our team work on a lot of small (but important!) improvements behind the scenes, as well as some major features that have been requested by many INCYT clients. One such feature is giving users the ability to share individual application widgets with other users, which is now fully released on both mobile and desktop!
Looking to share the data of just one of your weather stations with your neighbour, or perhaps you’d like to only share the diesel tank level data with your fuel supplier? With the new sharing feature this has now become easy, and you no longer need to give a new user ‘full access’ to your account where they can see all your INCYT device data. And the best part? Sharing your data is fully secure, you retain full control of who has access to your data, and you can revoke third party access to your data at any time!
You now see a ‘share’ button at the top right hand side of each individual application in both our mobile app as well as on your web browser.

When you click this link you’ll see a QR code that someone can scan in the INCYT app on their phone or tablet to get access to this application widget, or you can choose to send a private sharing link to someone via email.

The person who you share this application widget with can either click the link in the email you’ve sent them or they can scan the QR code from your screen from inside the INCYT app, and they’ll then be shown exactly what they need to do to create an account if they don’t already have one and add this widget to their INCYT dashboard.
We’ve been told about so many great use cases by our customers already, I figured it worth sharing them to maybe give you some ideas about how you can maximise the value of INCYT’s new application sharing for your operation:
- If you are a supplier of liquids or gasses to farmers, you can provide visibility to your farmer clients and share real time level information of your on-farm tanks.
- If you manage multiple properties for different land holders, you are now able to share seasonal consumption data of fuel, water and other liquids with each individual owner.
- If you are a farmer you can share your engine runtime and diagnostic troubleshooting code with your supplier for only the period when they are coming on farm to provide maintenance and automatically remove access when they don't need it anymore.
- You can share your engine dashboard to a mechanic or technical support team so that they can control your selected engines without you having to provide complete access to all your other assets
- You and 2 of your neighbours all have INCYT weather stations. You can now give each other reciprocal access to weather station information so you all get a better idea of weather and rainfall patterns in the wider area.
We know this new feature in INCYT will be very well received and already we’ve seen many of our customers use it while it was still in the beta testing stage! As always, if you have any questions about this new feature - or anything else INCYT related - make sure to get in touch with our support team.
