ATMOS41 Weather Station (Sensor Only)

OVERVIEW

The ATMOS 41 weather station, with the proprietary addition of INCYT smart sensor technology for plug and play commissioning, is our top-of-the range research-grade weather station, with 12 sensors and only 1 moving part (the tipping cup), ensuring robustness and extreme accuracy. Limiting the number of moving parts means the ATMOS 41 Gen 2 anemometer is also accurate at low wind speeds. It even has an accelerometer, so you’ll always know the sensor is level and you’re getting accurate data. And leveling the weather station is easier than ever with the new built-in leveling bracket. Gold-plated pins measure each drop of rain using electric conductivity, ensuring a consistent 0.017 mm resolution for dew, rain, and heavy precipitation events. A sonic anemometer and internal accelerometer both ensure consistent, precise measurements without constant maintenance by insuring the stays level and motionless.

HOW IT WORKS

INCYT’s ATMOS 41 weather station utilises INCYT’s XR network, so you’re not restricted to only using this in areas where you’ve got a cellphone signal - as long as your weather station is within reach of a INCYT base station, you’re able to use the weather station! The weather station gets paired up with an INCYT blue node, giving you up to 8 (!) years of battery life!

The weather data is available to you through the INCYT cockpit, which allows you to share this data with other users on your INCYT account. You are able to see ambient temperature, humidity, rainfall, dew point, Delta T and wind speed, direction including wind gusts. You also have access to the hourly and long term forecast, based on VisualCrossing weather data to yourself or anyone else you choose to send this alarm to.

Alarms can be set for measurements such as rainfall, temperature, relative humidity, wind and delta T - with both high and low configurations for a 24 hour, 7 day, 30 day or 365 day period. Alarms can be sent via email, text or in-app notifications.

A variety of plans is available - the ‘Pro’ plan for example offers you sensor sampling every 5 minutes with data transmission every 15 minutes; higher or lower frequency data transmission plans can be selected at any time.
